Every panel starts with the same professional setup. The difference is what happens after the initial portal is built: the Static option is updated when requested, while the Managed option includes normal ongoing administration and support.

One-time setup

Every new site receives a complete portal setup.

The site setup covers the work needed to turn the supplied asset information into working portals. Up to three panels are included, with any additional panels charged at a lower fixed rate because the customer and site structure are already in place.

Static Portal

Best for a stable asset where the documents are unlikely to change often and the customer is happy to request and pay for updates individually.

The monthly fee covers normal ongoing administration for the number of panels shown above. Sites with more than 10 panels are quoted individually. It does not include new engraved replacement cards, major historic document clean-up, large bulk imports, site visits or work outside the normal portal service.

What “managed” means

Normal ongoing administration is covered.

The current live record is updated while older information is retained where appropriate.

The Engraving Room

We also supply the physical engraving for the project.

The portal setup includes an engraved QR asset plate for the panel. We can also quote separately for the wider project identification, including BMS panel labels, plant labels, valve discs, tags and custom engraved signage.

Pricing notes

Postage is charged separately. The setup prices assume a normal, usable document pack. Bulk sorting, extensive renaming or major historical clean-up may be quoted separately. The Managed Portal covers normal ongoing updates and administration at £14.99 per month for 1–3 panels or £29.99 per month for 4–10 panels at one site. Larger sites and major project work are quoted separately.
